First, the company strengthened the communication and cooperation with EDC power grid company, closely tracked the daily power plan and real-time dispatching plan, made frequent contact and more communication, and achieved "power generation, power competition and power protection"; Second, the operators carefully adjusted and actively studied to improve the load tracking capacity of the unit, monitored the technical transformation of relay protection equipment, and the equipment operated well, and achieved good results in rush start; Third, strengthen operation management, carefully monitor the panel, operate carefully, anticipate accidents, optimize operation conditions, and improve the safe and reliable operation level of equipment; Fourth, in combination with special activities such as annual unit C repair, electrical preventive test and safety production month, investigate the hidden dangers of equipment, consolidate the safety foundation, completely eliminate and orderly rectify the defects in the operation process, formulate perfect and feasible technical measures, and implement them one by one, so as to make the elimination of defects "small defects are not too big, and large defects are not overnight", and strive to realize the unit "Zero defect" operation ensures stable and full development.
At present, according to the traditional experience, the flood season of the power station should have ended. However, due to the impact of global warming, the meteorology of the power station basin this year is quite different from that of previous years, and there are strong rainfall in the basin. Especially at present, the power station is operating in the high water level area of the reservoir. In order to ensure the safety of the power station hub and downstream towns, ganzai hydropower station once again emphasizes that the work of the flood control center in the recent stage will not be shaken and adhere to the principle The flood control is on duty 24 hours, the flood control thought of personnel at all levels is not lax, and continue to do a good job in various flood control work of the power station until the precipitation in the basin is really completed, so as to ensure the complete success of the annual flood control work of the power station.
