Product Description
Our stainless steel sheets and plates are available in a broad range of grades, thicknesses, widths, and surface finishes for demanding industrial and commercial applications. The product range includes 200 series, 300 series, 400 series, duplex stainless steel, and other high-alloy grades.
For applications requiring enhanced corrosion resistance and mechanical performance, we supply grades such as 2205, 2507, 2304, 2101 and 904L. General-purpose grades including 201, 202, 304, 304L, 316 and 316L are also available.
The material can be manufactured by cold rolling or hot rolling, depending on the required thickness, dimensional accuracy, surface condition, and application.
Available surface finishes include No.1, 2D, 2B, BA, No.4, Hairline and 8K mirror, while additional processing options include perforating, embossing, etching, corrugating and water ripple treatment.
With thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 16 mm and widths from 10 mm to 2000 mm, customized stainless steel sheet and plate solutions are available for different project requirements.
Industrial equipment operating in humid, chemical, marine, high-temperature, or otherwise aggressive environments can be exposed to corrosion over time.
Selecting an ordinary stainless steel grade for a demanding environment may not provide the required resistance to chlorides, chemicals, moisture, or localized corrosion. In addition, insufficient mechanical strength can increase material requirements or affect equipment design.
For these applications, material selection needs to consider not only corrosion resistance but also strength, temperature, fabrication method, surface requirements, and service conditions.
We offer a broad stainless steel product range that allows customers to select materials according to their actual working conditions.
Our product solutions include:
- Duplex stainless steel grades such as 2205, 2507, 2304 and 2101
- 904L stainless steel for applications requiring high corrosion resistance
- 200, 300 and 400 series stainless steel grades
- Cold rolled and hot rolled production

Grades such as 316L, 2205, 2507 and 904L can be considered for equipment exposed to corrosive chemical environments. Typical applications may include tanks, processing equipment, piping components, and fabricated industrial parts.
Duplex stainless steel such as 2205 and 2507 is commonly considered for marine and offshore environments where resistance to chloride-containing conditions is an important material requirement.
Duplex stainless steel can be used for selected oil and gas equipment and components where a combination of corrosion resistance and mechanical strength is required.
Stainless steel sheets and plates are suitable for selected petrochemical equipment, storage systems, heat-related equipment, and fabricated components.
Stainless steel is widely used in water treatment systems, desalination equipment, storage tanks, filtration equipment, and related infrastructure.
Grades from the 300 and 400 series can be used for architectural panels, building components, decorative surfaces, interior applications, and structural fabrication.
Stainless steel is commonly used in equipment where corrosion resistance, cleanability, and a suitable surface condition are required.
Stainless steel sheet and plate can be processed into machine parts, equipment covers, housings, tanks, brackets, panels, and fabricated components.
Stainless steel protects itself against corrosion through a passive surface layer formed by chromium in the alloy.
When chromium comes into contact with oxygen, it forms a very thin oxide film on the steel surface. This passive layer acts as a barrier between the metal and the surrounding environment.
For more demanding environments, alloy composition can be adjusted to improve resistance to specific types of corrosion.
Molybdenum, for example, can improve resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-containing environments. This is one reason why grades such as 316, 2205 and 2507 are considered for applications where chloride exposure is a concern.
Duplex stainless steels combine characteristics of austenitic and ferritic stainless steel structures. This allows grades such as 2205 and 2507 to offer a combination of corrosion resistance and relatively high mechanical strength.
The actual performance depends on the specific grade, manufacturing condition, service environment, fabrication process, and applicable material standard.
Start by determining whether the stainless steel will be exposed to:
- Fresh or salt water
- Chlorides
- Chemical solutions
- High humidity
- High temperatures
- Food or pharmaceutical processing conditions
- Outdoor environments
- High-pressure industrial service
This information helps determine whether a standard 300-series grade or a higher-alloy or duplex grade should be considered.
For general-purpose applications, 304 or 304L may be suitable.
For applications requiring improved corrosion resistance, 316 or 316L can be considered.
For more demanding chloride-containing environments, 2205 duplex stainless steel is commonly evaluated.
Where more severe corrosion resistance is required, 2507 super duplex stainless steel or 904L may be considered depending on the actual operating conditions and technical requirements.
The required thickness depends on mechanical loads, equipment design, fabrication requirements, pressure, corrosion allowance, and application conditions.
Our available thickness range is 0.1 -16 mm.
Choose the finish according to the final application:
- 2B: General-purpose smooth finish
- BA: Bright surface
- No.1: Typical hot rolled finish
- No.4: Brushed finish
- Hairline: Decorative linear finish
- 8K: Mirror-like polished surface
For specialized applications, embossed, perforated, etched, corrugated, or water-rippled surfaces can also be considered.
Customers can choose sheet, plate, or coil according to the required dimensions and processing method.
For narrow strips or customized widths, slit-edge material may be available. For standard mill products, mill-edge material can also be supplied.
304 is an austenitic stainless steel widely used for general applications. 2205 is a duplex stainless steel designed to provide a combination of corrosion resistance and higher mechanical strength. The appropriate material depends on the service environment and technical requirements.
2507 is a super duplex stainless steel with higher alloy content and is generally selected for more demanding corrosive environments. However, it is not automatically the better choice for every project. The operating conditions, design requirements, fabrication method, and cost should all be evaluated.
We can supply a wide selection, including 201, 202, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 321, 410, 420, 430, 440C, 2205, 2507, 2304, 2101 and 904L, as well as other grades according to customer requirements.
Yes. In addition to standard finishes such as 2B, BA, No.1, No.4, Hairline and 8K, customized processing options including perforated, embossed, etched, corrugated and water-rippled surfaces can be discussed according to the application.
For products available from stock, delivery may be approximately 1 -3 days. For production orders, the normal lead time is around 10 -15 days, depending on the grade, dimensions, surface finish, quantity, and production schedule.
