Product Introduction
PPGI is pre-painted galvanized iron, also known as pre-painted steel, coil-coated steel, pre-painted steel, etc., usually with a hot-dip galvanized steel substrate. The term is an extension of GI, the traditional abbreviation for galvanized iron. Today, the term GI generally refers to substantially pure continuous hot-dip galvanized steel, as opposed to the batch immersion galvanizing process. PPGI refers to factory pre-painted galvanized steel, where the steel is painted before forming, as opposed to post-painting which is done after forming.
