Stainless steel welded pipe is manufactured from stainless steel strip or sheet material through the following process:

1. Stainless steel strip is gradually formed into a round tube shape
2. Edges are joined using welding technology such as ERW
3. Welded area is processed and inspected for dimensional accuracy
4. Pipe undergoes surface treatment, sizing and finishing
5. Final inspection confirms mechanical and dimensional properties

The corrosion resistance comes from chromium contained in stainless steel, which forms a thin passive oxide layer that protects the surface from further corrosion.

1. Select the Correct Stainless Steel Grade:
